What this is
Parseproof is a diagnostic tool for developers. It parses JSON text and inspects HTTP responses from user-supplied URLs. It is provided as a free, stateless web application with no accounts, no data storage, and no paid tiers currently in operation.
Use of the tool
You may use Parseproof for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:
- Use the tool to probe, scan, or attack systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Submit URLs that violate applicable law or the terms of service of the target server.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the underlying infrastructure.
No warranty
Parseproof is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. The operator makes no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the tool. The diagnostic output is informational and should not be treated as definitive proof about a target server’s state or behavior.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, including but not limited to reliance on diagnostic results, service interruptions, or data loss.
No accounts
Parseproof does not offer user accounts. There is no authentication, no stored user data, and no way to create a persistent identity. All interactions are ephemeral and session-bound.
Billing
Free plan
The Free plan has no cost. All diagnostic features — paste parsing, URL fetch, plain-language error explanations — are available without payment, account, or registration. There is nothing to bill.
Pro plan (not yet available for purchase)
A paid Pro plan is planned but is not yet available for purchase. No payment processor is connected to this site, and no money can be accepted today. Any pricing page or checkout form is a demonstration only and does not constitute a commercial offer or a binding contract.
When the Pro plan launches, the following terms will apply:
- What you buy: A subscription to the Pro tier, which grants access to additional features on top of everything in the Free plan. The specific features available at launch will be listed on the pricing page.
- Price: The monthly price displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The price is fixed for the duration of the billing period and may change for subsequent periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Billing period: Monthly, charged in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to three times over a period of approximately 10 days. Access to Pro features will be suspended if the payment remains unpaid after the retry period. After 30 days of non-payment, the subscription will be cancelled and access will revert to the Free plan.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial billing periods.
- Refund policy: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the first month’s payment. After 14 days, no refunds are given. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Important: Because no payment processor is connected yet, none of the billing terms above are currently in effect. They describe the intended policy that will apply once the Pro plan launches.
Governing law
No governing law or jurisdiction has been established because no legal entity has been registered. This section will be updated when the operator establishes a jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
